The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with the ability to perform oil changes, tire services, and other essential vehicle maintenance tasks. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Perform routine oil changes and vehicle maintenance services Conduct tire rotations, alignments, and other tire services Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Assist with automotive diagnostics to identify issues Maintain a clean and organized work area Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service delivery Support sales initiatives by promoting additional services as needed Skills Dealership experience is preferred but not required Strong automotive repair skills with a focus on vehicle maintenance Mechanic experience with a solid understanding of automotive diagnostics Proficient mechanical knowledge, including the use of hand tools and power tools Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for vehicle servicing Previous experience as a service technician is advantageous Excellent customer service skills to enhance client satisfaction Sales experience is a plus, contributing to service promotion efforts Join our team as a Lube Technician/ Mechanic and contribute to providing top-notch automotive services while enhancing your skills in a supportive environment.
