In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of European vehicle systems to ensure optimal performance, safety, and customer satisfaction. Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive diagnostic tools and interpret automotive wiring diagrams to identify issues accurately. Repair and maintain various vehicle systems including powertrain, transmission, suspension, electrical systems, and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems). Conduct vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake repairs, wheel alignments, and tire rotations with precision. Utilize hand tools and power tools efficiently for repairs and installations, ensuring quality workmanship. Interpret schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical problems on BMW, Mercedes, Land Rover, Porsche & other European models. Service vehicle transmission systems, and suspension components while adhering to manufacturer specifications. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience for every client. Requirements Proven dealership or service technician experience with a strong background in European repair. Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, schematics, wiring diagrams, and electrical systems. Hands-on experience with automotive electrical systems, ADAS technology, powertrain components, transmissions, and vehicle suspension system repair. Mechanical knowledge complemented by proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for repairs. Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics accurately for efficient troubleshooting. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly. Experience working on Euro vehicles is required. Valid mechanic license or certification is highly desirable; ongoing training in automotive repair techniques is a plus.
