Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on vehicles, including engines, transmissions, suspension systems, brakes, electrical systems, and more. Lead and supervise the service team to ensure timely and accurate completion of repairs while maintaining safety standards. Conduct vehicle inspections, identify issues using schematics and automotive diagnostics tools, and develop effective repair plans. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and automotive repair machinery to execute repairs efficiently. Maintain detailed service records, complete auto estimating tasks, and communicate repair findings clearly to customers. Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire service, wheel alignments, shocks & struts replacement, and air brake system checks. Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and industry standards for quality and safety. Qualifications Proven dealership experience with a strong background in automotive repair and diagnostics. Extensive knowledge of ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), diesel engines, powertrain components, and auto electrical systems. Proficiency in reading schematics, using diagnostic software, and interpreting technical manuals. Hands-on experience with GM vehicles or similar makes is highly desirable. Skilled in mechanical work including oil changes, brake repairs, transmission servicing, suspension work, wheel alignments, and welding. Strong customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to clients. Ability to operate various hand tools, power tools, maintenance equipment, and automotive electrical testing devices effectively.
