Qualifications & requirements include the following: Must own your own truck for transporting pool equipment and chemicals. Must have smart phone. Ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent. No prior pool cleaning and maintenance experience required. Integrity and character (teachability, reliability, hard-working and commitment.) Good communication skills: must be able to communicate verbally and written with customers, supervisor, and team members. (Background in customer service preferred.) Ability to keep detailed log of tasks performed, chemical readings, repair recommendations, etc. Track chemicals, parts, and other inventory accurately. Maintain professional appearance following company guidelines. Fast learner with ability to work overtime if necessary. Pass initial and random drug screenings Background check devoid of felonies such as theft, fraud, larceny
