Use automotive diagnostics tools to identify issues and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols during heavy lifting and mechanical tasks. Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and addressing customer questions professionally. Requirements Prior dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred. Mechanical knowledge of standard passenger cars and familiarity with automotive diagnostics is essential. Experience with automotive fluid replacement, oil changes, tire service, and basic mechanical repairs required. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment necessary for daily tasks. Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks involved in vehicle maintenance. Strong mechanical aptitude combined with excellent customer service skills. Basic understanding of vehicle alignment procedures and minor mechanical repair techniques preferred.
