Responsibilities Repair domestic and foreign vehicles accurately and efficiently Perform complete, thorough, and honest courtesy inspections Clearly communicate inspection findings and repair needs to the service team Consistently meet established productivity and quality goals Work collaboratively with other technicians to solve problems and meet deadlines Maintain high standards for safety, cleanliness, and organization Continue developing technical knowledge and repair skills Complete repairs according to industry standards and manufacturer procedures Provide dependable workmanship that earns the trust of our guests Hours of operation M-F 7-6 Qualifications At least three years of professional automotive technician or mechanic experience Proven ability to repair a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles Strong electrical and mechanical skills ASE certifications preferred, or a willingness to pursue certification Positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve others Strong work ethic with dependable attendance Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment Professional appearance and effective communication skills Willingness to learn new systems, equipment, and repair procedures Desire to build a stable, long term career Valid driver's license with the ability to drive manual transmission vehicles Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for most of the workday Ability to work underneath and around vehicles on automotive lifts Ability to work in tight spaces as required for vehicle repairs Manual dexterity necessary to use hand tools and automotive equipment Ability to lift and move heavy automotive parts and equipment safely Ability to comfortably use computers and digital inspection tools Why Join Christian Brothers Automotive?
