Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced diagnostic tools to identify issues quickly and accurately Repair and maintain various mechanical systems including engines, transmissions, suspensions, brakes, shocks & struts, and powertrain components Conduct oil changes, tire services, wheel alignments, and wheel balancing to ensure optimal vehicle performance Service ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) and other automotive electrical systems to enhance vehicle safety features Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and mechanical knowledge to execute repairs efficiently Follow manufacturer guidelines and dealership standards when working on GM vehicles or other makes Maintain detailed service records and complete auto estimating for repairs needed or recommended Qualifications Proven experience working in the automotive repair industry with a strong background in automotive diagnostics and mechanical systems repair Dealership experience is highly preferred; familiarity with GM vehicles is a plus Knowledge of diesel engine repair, heavy equipment mechanics, and diesel mechanics is advantageous Skilled in reading schematics and understanding automotive electrical systems Proficiency with power tools, hand tools, welding equipment, and automotive service techniques Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients Valid certifications related to automotive repair such as ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) are desirable Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards Join us if you're passionate about automotive repair and eager to deliver exceptional service through your mechanical expertise.
