Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, brake repairs, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot problems efficiently.
  • Communicate repair needs and options clearly with customers and service advisors.
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation for each vehicle serviced.
  • Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
  • Stay current with new automotive technology, tools, and repair techniques through ongoing training.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in automotive repair and maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, including engines, brakes, transmissions, and electrical components.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic codes.
  • Skilled in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and quality workmanship.
  • Valid drivers license and good driving record.
  • ASE certification preferred but not required.
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods.
