Personal set of tools to perform standard technician duties. Ford certification or previous dealership experience is highly valued. Ability to operate heavy equipment and lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Responsibilities Perform efficient oil changes, filter replacements, and thorough fluid inspections on a wide variety of Ford and other make vehicles. Conduct comprehensive multi-point inspections to identify potential safety concerns or wear and tear. Communicate findings clearly to service advisors so they can provide accurate estimates to our customers. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and productivity during every shift. Follow all manufacturer guidelines and service protocols to uphold the high standards of our brand. Stay updated on the latest vehicle technology and service techniques through ongoing training opportunities.
