Fleet Maintenance is growing and looking for an experienced Mobile Trailer Technician to join our DFW team. We're looking for someone who knows commercial trailers, can work independently, takes pride in doing repairs correctly, and understands that taking care of the customer is just as important as turning a wrench. This is a mobile position. You'll work directly with commercial fleet customers throughout DFW, performing trailer maintenance and repairs onsite. We provide the service truck, steady fleet work, overtime opportunities, and a productivity incentive that rewards technicians who produce quality work.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
Air brake systems; air leaks, valves, chambers and air lines ABS diagnostics; trailer electrical and lighting Wheel ends, hubs, bearings and seals Suspension systems, air bags and landing gear Roll-up and swing doors; tracks, rollers, hinges and hardware Trailer floors, roofs and side-panel repairs Preventive maintenance and DOT inspections Welding, fabrication and structural repairs General commercial trailer maintenance and repair
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
3+ years of commercial trailer repair experience preferred Strong air brake and air system experience Trailer electrical troubleshooting and ABS diagnostic ability Suspension and wheel-end repair experience Trailer door repair; welding and fabrication experience Ability to diagnose and complete repairs independently Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Professional customer communication and accurate work-order documentation Personal hand tools appropriate for the trade Mobile service experience is a plus, but not required for the right technician
