We're seeking a dynamic Master Automotive Technician and a B-Level Technician who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. As a key member of our team, you'll be instrumental in diagnosing complex issues, performing advanced repairs, and ensuring every vehicle leaves our shop in optimal condition. Duties Conduct comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced tools to identify issues accurately. Perform extensive repairs on powertrain components, transmissions, diesel engines, suspension systems, brakes, shocks & struts, and other mechanical systems. Execute vehicle maintenance services such as oil changes, tire service, wheel alignments, and brake repairs with precision and efficiency. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and diagnostic software to complete repairs to manufacturer specifications. Interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical problems effectively. Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repair needs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Maintain detailed repair records and complete auto estimating procedures for accurate invoicing and service documentation. Experience Proven dealership, independent repair shop experience, or extensive background working in an automotive repair industry environment. Strong knowledge of automotive electrical systems, ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), electrical diagnosis, trouble shooting, etc is required for A-Tech position. Hands-on experience repairing gas & diesel engines, diagnosing & replacing transmissions, suspension systems, and performing wheel alignments. Familiarity with automotive diagnostics tools and schematics for efficient troubleshooting. Mechanical knowledge of domestic & japanese vehicles or similar brands is required. Those with German vehicle knowledge as well would be given preference. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other mechanical repair tools.
