Job Summary We are seeking skilled and motivated Automotive Technicians with A & B skill levels to join our dynamic service team. In this role, you will perform comprehensive vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance to ensure optimal vehicle performance and customer satisfaction. Your expertise will contribute to delivering high-quality automotive service, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and technical knowledge across various vehicle systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of vehicles, including domestic, Japanese, and German models, and to develop your career in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Duties Conduct thorough diagnostics using automotive diagnostic tools and interpret schematics to identify issues and diagnose accurately. Perform diagnosis on and replace powertrain components, including engines, transmissions, and diesel systems Repair and maintain vehicle suspension systems, steering components, and alignment services Diagnose and repair automotive electrical systems, including wiring diagrams, PCM's, TCM's, BCM's, and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) components. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for mechanical repairs, vehicle maintenance, and system replacements. Interpret automotive wiring diagrams for complex electrical repairs and system troubleshooting. Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repair needs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Requirements Proven automotive repair experience in a dealerships or independent repair shop with a strong track record of consistent performance. Certification or Experience as an A or B Technician Extensive knowledge of automotive diagnostics, schematics, electrical systems, powertrain, transmissions, and vehicle systems. Proficiency in using automotive diagnostic tools, hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment for repairs. Strong experience in using repair guides, estimating tools, and parts lookup is a plus. Mechanical knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures including engine repair, transmission overhaul, suspension system repair, and alignment services. Ability to interpret automotive wiring diagrams accurately for electrical troubleshooting. Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
