Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics using specialized tools and equipment to identify vehicle issues accurately. Conduct repairs and maintenance on engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, electrical systems, and more. Utilize an ohmmeter to measure electrical resistance and troubleshoot wiring problems effectively. Follow manufacturer specifications and safety procedures to ensure high-quality workmanship. Communicate clearly with team members and customers about repair needs and timelines. Complete detailed service reports and documentation for each vehicle serviced. Stay current with industry advancements and participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance technical skills. Qualifications Proven GM experience as an automotive service technician or mechanic is preferred Strong knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostic procedures. Ability to operate diagnostic tools, including ohmmeters, multimeters, and other testing equipment. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Good communication skills for interacting with team members and customers. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Relevant certifications or ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) credentials are a plus but not mandatory; we support your professional growth! Pay:
$30.00 - $50.00 per hour
