Prepare accurate estimates and repair orders. Coordinate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and correctly. Keep customers informed throughout the repair process with proactive communication. Recommend maintenance and repairs that improve vehicle safety, reliability, and longevity. Build lasting customer relationships that drive repeat business and referrals. Help achieve store sales, customer satisfaction, and retention goals. Maintain accurate records using our shop management software. Support a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment.
