We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Car Mechanic to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair vehicle issues, such as engine problems, electrical malfunctions, and transmission failures
• Lead, train, and manage our junior mechanics to get work done in a timely efficient manner
• Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements
• Order necessary parts
• Use power tools and specialized equipment to disassemble and assemble vehicle components
• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify potential issues or safety concerns
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs and recommendations to customers
• Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed on vehicles

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as an automotive mechanic
• Proven leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of automotive electrical systems and diagnostic tools
• Familiarity with dealership procedures and processes
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
• Physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing
