•Redeem Your Training Points For Awesome Swag & Rewards Continuous Training Available Through The CBA Flywheel Learning System Hiring Locations League City 1515 W FM 646 League City , Texas 77573 View Shop Details Responsibilities Desire to learn automotive repair service terminology and processes Check guests in and out Answer phone calls and schedule appointments Providing safe shuttle service for our valued guests in our branded vehicle Treating our guests with the utmost respect under all circumstances and with a heart consistent with Christian Brothers Assisting the shop with receiving, processing, incoming and outgoing parts and other errands as needed Keep the facility clean and organized Assist other team members as needed with clerical tasks such as accounts receivable and filing paperwork Direct, coordinate, and participate in performing guest service activities as dictated by workload Serve as a community ambassador for the store through creating authentic relationships and partnerships Present the best solution to properly repair our guest vehicle in a way that is easy for them to understand Consistently and effectively sell our services without jeopardizing honesty and integrity Maintain a positive attitude and team atmosphere at all times Communicate on the phone in a clear professional manner Build long-term relationships between the store, yourself and our customer Directs, coordinates, and participates in performing customer service activities Work together as a team and assist other employees as needed Follow all safety policies and procedures Other duties as assigned Qualifications Valid state driver's license Experience in Retail, Hospitality, Automotive Customer Service or Sales Preferred Experience as an Automotive Service Write/Advisor/Sales a plus but not required Meet required insurance driving record parameters Enjoy a fast-paced environment and a Team mentality (we work hard but like to have fun doing it) ! Ability to seek and accept coaching and direction Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Physical Requirements Being dependable and reliable for a position that is scheduled for Monday
