We are a busy, established automotive repair company specializing in exhaust, muffler, suspension, steering, brakes, and general automotive repair . We are looking for someone who knows how to work, takes pride in doing the job right, and wants a steady position with a growing company. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair suspension and steering systems Install shocks, struts, control arms, ball joints, tie rods, and related components Perform brake repairs Diagnose vehicle noises, vibrations, and suspension problems Exhaust system repair and installation Muffler, catalytic converter, and exhaust pipe replacement Custom exhaust fabrication and welding when qualified Perform general automotive repairs Properly inspect vehicles and identify needed repairs Maintain a clean and organized work area Complete repairs correctly and efficiently Qualifications Previous professional automotive repair experience preferred Strong suspension and steering experience is a major plus Exhaust and welding experience is a major plus Must have your own basic automotive tools Ability to diagnose problems instead of simply replacing parts Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Valid driver's license Able to work independently and as part of a team Must take pride in quality workmanship What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is: Dependable Productive Honest Mechanically experienced Willing to learn Comfortable working in a fast-paced shop Focused on getting vehicles repaired correctly the first time We are not looking for someone who needs constant supervision . We want a technician who can be given a job, diagnose the problem, complete the repair, and keep work moving through the shop. Compensation Competitive pay based on experience and skill level. Higher pay is available for technicians with strong experience in: Suspension and steering Exhaust systems Welding and fabrication Diagnostics Alignments General automotive repair
