County Line Tire & Auto | Lindale, TX County Line Tire & Auto is looking for a dependable, motivated Tire & Lube Technician who wants more than just a job changing oil and tires. Your primary role will be working with our Tire & Auto team performing routine automotive services, including: Tire installation, repair, rotation and balancing Oil changes and routine maintenance services Vehicle inspections Shop organization and general support Assisting the Store Manager and other team members as needed Because we operate alongside County Line Collision , this position will also assist our collision repair team when needed.

This will include:

Washing and detailing vehicles Assisting with vehicle disassembly and reassembly Moving and preparing vehicles for repairs Helping technicians with basic production tasks Opportunity to Learn & Advance We are especially interested in someone who is dependable, has a good attitude and wants to learn . For the right person, this position can grow beyond the shop floor. You'll have the opportunity to learn: How to write service tickets How to work with customers at the service counter How repair recommendations are developed and presented Tire and automotive service sales Additional mechanical and collision-repair skills Someone who proves capable and takes initiative can develop into a much broader role within our operation. What We're Looking For Automotive, tire or lube experience required Basic mechanical aptitude Valid driver's license Able to safely lift tires, wheels and automotive components Dependable and willing to work Comfortable helping wherever needed Good communication skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Someone who takes pride in doing the job correctly We value attitude, reliability and potential as much as experience.
