What You'll Do Digital MPIs & Video Walkarounds:

Complete detailed computer-based multi-point inspections and record short customer-facing videos that explain recommended repairs and build trust.

Routine Maintenance:

Perform quality oil and filter changes, fluid flushes, tire rotations, and battery tests.

Safety Inspections:

Check tire condition and pressures, brakes, fluid levels, and other essential safety items on every vehicle.

Shop Standards:

Keep your work stall clean, organized, and safe while following dealership express lane procedures. What We're Looking For A tech-savvy mindset and confidence using tablets and modern shop software. Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a desire to learn GM vehicles and systems. A high school diploma, trade school training, or equivalent entry-level lube technician experience. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record. A positive attitude, dependability, and pride in getting the job done right the first time.
