Job Description

Overview We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician with a focus on aftermarket truck accessories to join our growing team. This role involves working on a wide range of truck customization and installation projects, including lift kits, suspension upgrades, custom wheels and tires, truck bed accessories, performance enhancements, and more. As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, installing, and servicing aftermarket accessories, ensuring that each modification meets both customer expectations and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Install and modify aftermarket truck accessories including suspension systems, lift kits, bumpers, running boards, tonneau covers, bed liners, performance parts, and more. Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues related to aftermarket accessories and provide recommendations for repairs or modifications. Ensure quality control and workmanship on all installations, adhering to safety protocols and manufacturer specifications. Assist customers with selecting appropriate aftermarket products that suit their vehicle and usage needs. Perform routine maintenance and repairs, including oil changes, brake work, and electrical diagnostics, as needed. Collaborate with the service team to manage workflow, ensuring timely completion of projects and customer satisfaction. Stay updated on the latest trends in truck accessories, installation techniques, and new products in the market.
