Automotive Service Advisor We are seeking a knowledgeable, customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team. As the primary point of contact for customers seeking vehicle maintenance and repair services, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate has strong automotive knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trust while recommending services that meet customers' needs. Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival Listen to customer concerns and accurately assess vehicle service needs Explain recommended repairs and maintenance services in a clear and understandable manner Prepare accurate service estimates and repair orders Recommend additional services and maintenance when beneficial to the customer and vehicle Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs Keep customers informed throughout the repair process Process payments and maintain accurate service records Ensure the service area remains clean, organized, and professional Deliver outstanding customer service from vehicle drop-off through pickup Qualifications Minimum 4 years of experience in service writing and customer service (required) Previous experience in an automotive repair shop or dealership environment preferred Strong automotive knowledge, including diagnostics, brake systems, suspension, maintenance services, and general repairs Experience preparing repair estimates and service recommendations Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Sales experience and the ability to present service recommendations confidently Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment Valid driver's license preferred Benefits Competitive compensation: $54,741 - $115,947 per year Paid time off Paid holidays Paid training and professional development 5-day work week Employee discounts on vehicle repairs Supportive and team-oriented work environment Opportunities for career growth and advancement Why Join Us?
