GM / Cadillac Technician About the Position We are looking for an experienced, motivated GM and/or Cadillac Automotive Technician to join our growing Service Department. The ideal candidate is a skilled technician who takes pride in their work, understands the importance of proper diagnosis and repair, and wants to work in a professional, high-volume environment where quality and productivity are both valued. Whether you specialize in Chevrolet, GMC, Buick, Cadillac, or GM vehicles , we want to talk with you. What You'll Do Perform accurate diagnosis and repair of GM and Cadillac vehicles. Complete maintenance, mechanical, electrical, and drivability repairs. Diagnose complex electrical and mechanical concerns. Perform engine, transmission, suspension, steering, brake, HVAC, and other repairs. Utilize factory scan tools and diagnostic equipment. Read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical service information. Perform quality inspections on completed repairs. Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and other technicians. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining dealership-quality workmanship. Stay current on GM technical information, service procedures, and technology. Properly document diagnostic findings and repairs. What We're Looking ForRequired Automotive repair experience. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Own professional-grade hand tools. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Strong attention to detail. Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Preferred GM or Cadillac dealership experience. GM ASEP or equivalent technical training. ASE certifications . Experience with GM factory diagnostic equipment. Experience diagnosing electrical and network-related issues. Experience working on newer GM technology, including advanced driver-assistance systems.
