In this role, you'll work in a collaborative environment diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide variety of passenger cars, SUVs, and light-duty trucks. Core Responsibilities Perform detailed diagnostics using modern computerized scan tools to accurately identify issues across powertrain, electrical, transmission, suspension, and ADAS systems. Execute mechanical repairs with precision, including engines, transmissions, differential repair, brakes, and exhaust systems. Troubleshoot complex electrical problems efficiently by accurately interpreting automotive wiring diagrams and schematics. Conduct routine maintenance services such as clean oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, alignments, and radiator flushes. Service diesel-powered vehicles , including fuel filter replacements and powertrain component care. Maintain safety and efficiency by operating hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment responsibly. Keep a clean bay and collaborate closely with the rest of the crew to deliver standout service and maintain our 5-star reputation. What We Are Looking For Proven hands-on experience working as a service technician or mechanic in a professional shop environment. Strong diagnostic skills and comfort working with modern diagnostic software and wiring schematics. Solid mechanical aptitude in suspension systems, steering, component replacement, and general alignment procedures. Honest communication skills to help explain repair needs and maintenance schedules clearly without unnecessary upselling. A valid driver's license alongside your own set of foundational hand tools. Mechanic certifications (like ASE) or specialized technical training are highly preferred, but solid, proven experience speaks volumes. Why Work With Us?
