Job Overview Maintain and operate bucket trucks and tools in a safe manner, complying with all DOT rules and regulations. Manage and submit ticketing on a daily basis, including keeping track of all billable items used at each job site. Support inventory management of tools and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and initiating reorders. Conduct repairs and general maintenance on facility equipment related to emissions or other equipment directed by company. Perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects, working in confined spaces, and standing for extended periods. Proficiently use hand and power tools, operating machinery effectively and safely. Maintain teamwork and collaboration skills for effective work in a diverse, challenging, and fast-paced environment. Identify and resolve mechanical and operational issues related to emissions at oil and gas facilities. Maintain attention to detail to ensure compliance with safety protocols, equipment maintenance, and inventory management. Flexible to work in varying weather conditions, remote locations, and shifting schedules. Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and follow instructions. Responsibilities Operate bucket trucks safely and efficiently for maintenance, and other related tasks. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of the bucket truck to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all job sites. Follow safety protocols, wear PPE, and actively prepare JSA for a secure work environment at each job site. Comply with regulatory and industry standards, including environmental regulations, for legal and ethical practices. Actively participate in training programs for skill enhancement, including safety certifications and industry training. Requirements Must maintain a Valid CDL Class A with a clear driving record. Must be 22 Yrs. of age or older. Ability to work at heights up to 120 Ft. safely while using the bucket truck rig. Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills. Physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
