Job Description
Job Overview Join our dynamic team as an Oil Lube Technician for a growing fleet of 60+ rentals. You'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional vehicle care and customer service. In this energetic position, you'll be responsible for performing oil changes, tire rotation/changes, and light mechanical maintenance. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help ensure each vehicle leaves running smoothly. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in automotive maintenance, and customer interaction within a fast-paced environment. Duties Conduct oil changes and basic vehicle maintenance following manufacturer specifications and safety standards. Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including janitorial duties such as sweeping and trash removal to uphold a professional environment. Operate driving equipment safely when moving vehicles within the lot or service area. Support additional custodial tasks as needed to keep the facility organized and inviting. May need to help with car wash services, cleaning and detailing vehicles by vacuuming interior, cleaning windows, wiping surfaces, and applying protective treatments. Requirements Prior experience of vehicle maintenance procedures such as oil changes and fluid checks a must, tire changes preferred. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude. Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting heavy objects, and working in various weather conditions. Experience with buffing, or janitorial duties is a plus. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record to safely operate company vehicles or assist with vehicle movement. Must be 21 years of age. Prior experience in car wash services, detailing, or custodial work is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is valued. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
