In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and retreading commercial truck and fleet tires while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. What You'll Do Inspect commercial truck tires and casings for retread eligibility Perform tire repairs and preparation for the retreading process Operate retread equipment, curing chambers, and related machinery Conduct quality inspections throughout the retread process Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and company standards Maintain clean and organized work areas Assist with inventory handling and movement of tires throughout the facility Meet production goals while maintaining quality workmanship What We're Looking For Required Skills Ability to safely lift and handle commercial truck tires Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Preferred Skills Previous tire retread, tire repair, or tire shop experience Experience working with commercial truck or fleet tires Knowledge of tire inspection and casing evaluation Forklift or material handling equipment experience Experience operating industrial or production equipment Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous manufacturing, warehouse, automotive, or tire industry experience is a plus Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the workday Ability to work safely in a production environment Why Join Us?
