Responsibilities Conduct standard passenger car operations including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid inspections, and basic vehicle inspections. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete maintenance tasks with precision and safety. Support automotive service activities by performing tire service, filter replacements , and other mechanical repairs as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols during heavy lifting and mechanical tasks. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair needs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Experience Previous dealership or automotive repair shop experience is highly preferred. Hands-on mechanic experience with a solid understanding of automotive diagnostics and mechanical repair techniques. Familiarity with standard passenger car operation, vehicle maintenance procedures, and automotive fluid systems. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and automotive diagnostic equipment. Knowledge of automotive service standards including oil changes, tire service, alignment, and minor mechanical repairs. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a busy service environment.
