Service writer performs write ups on vehicles dropped off for repairs and builds repair orders. Is expected to communicate with the customer throughout the process. Service writer also works closely with technicians to ensure a proper write up and that correct hours are being charged. This person must have an automotive background and extensive knowledge of parts. Would be a plus if already familiar with automotive management software. This is a position for a motivated individual who would be given a great opportunity to work with a growing company.
