In this role, you will be the primary point of contact between our customers and our service technicians, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from check-in to vehicle delivery. Responsibilities Greet customers and listen to their vehicle concerns with professionalism and care Accurately document vehicle issues and communicate them to technicians Provide customers with repair estimates, timelines, and service recommendations Follow up with customers on the status of their vehicle throughout the repair process Upsell additional services when appropriate and beneficial to the customer Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and handle complaints professionally Coordinate workflow between the front desk and the service bay Requirements 1-2 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar automotive customer service role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Valid driver's license required What We Offer Full-time, stable position Supportive and team-oriented work environment Opportunity to grow with an established local business How to Apply Please apply directly through Indeed.
