$80,000•120,000 Introduction We are seeking experienced Automotive Technicians to join a busy, family-oriented automotive repair shop in Plano, Texas. Whether you're a strong B-Level Technician looking to grow your diagnostic skills or an experienced A-Level Technician with advanced diagnostic abilities, this is an excellent opportunity to join a high-volume shop offering weekly pay, consistent workflow, and long-term career growth. Key Responsibilities Perform general automotive repairs and maintenance on a variety of vehicles. Diagnose and repair common and complex mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns based on experience level. Repair and service brake, steering and suspension, air conditioning, timing belt, and other vehicle systems. Complete thorough Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) using Tekmetric software. Perform repairs from diagnosis through completion while maintaining quality workmanship. Maintain productivity while delivering accurate, efficient repairs. Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe. Collaborate with fellow technicians to ensure efficient workflow and outstanding customer service. Qualifications Professional automotive repair experience as a B-Level or A-Level Automotive Technician. B-Level candidates should have at least 6 years of professional automotive repair experience with some diagnostic ability. A-Level candidates should have advanced diagnostic abilities with proven production history and the ability to complete repairs from diagnosis through completion. Strong experience with brakes, steering and suspension, air conditioning systems, and timing belts. Strong electrical, drivability, and mechanical repair skills appropriate to experience level. Experience performing Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI). Strong computer skills. Professional, organized, self-motivated, and team-oriented with a desire for long-term career growth.
Compensation & Benefits Flat-Rate Pay:
$25•60 per flagged hour, based on experience and skill level.
Expected Annual Earnings:
