Automotive Service Advisor and Sales Professional Job Overview:

Are you an experienced sales professional or automotive service advisor who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and being rewarded for strong performance? Christian Brothers Automotive is looking for a confident and experienced professional to join our team. This position combines customer service, relationship building, and consultative sales in a clean, professional environment where honesty, hospitality, and integrity matter. As an Automotive Service Advisor and Sales Professional, you will be the trusted person our guests turn to when they need help with their vehicles. You will guide customers through repair decisions, clearly explain recommended services, and help them make informed investments in the safety and reliability of their vehicles. We offer competitive compensation starting at $65,000 to $80,000 per year, plus incentives, a Monday through Friday schedule with no weekends, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to build a meaningful career with a company committed to serving others with excellence and integrity. Previous professional sales experience, automotive service advisor experience, or a combination of both is required.

Responsibilities:

Welcome every customer with genuine hospitality Build trust and develop lasting relationships with our customers Present the best solutions for properly repairing each customer's vehicle in a clear and easy to understand manner Confidently guide customers through recommended services and repair decisions Check customers in and out Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments Provide safe shuttle service for our valued guests Assist with receiving and processing incoming and outgoing parts Complete errands as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and professional facility Assist team members with clerical tasks, including accounts receivable and filing paperwork Serve as a community ambassador by developing authentic relationships and partnerships Follow all company safety policies and procedures Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Previous professional sales experience, automotive service advisor experience, or a combination of both is required A proven record of success in customer service and a genuine desire to serve others Strong communication and interpersonal skills when working with customers, team members, and vendors Ability to confidently recommend services, address customer concerns, and close sales while maintaining honesty and integrity Valid state driver's license Driving record that meets insurance requirements Ability to succeed in a fast paced, team oriented environment Dependability and availability to work Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
