Solve Problems. Grow Your Career. Integrity 1st Car Pros is looking for a confident, organized, and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. You'll guide customers through the repair process—from check-in to vehicle pickup—while helping our technicians and shop team keep each job moving smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, understands automotive service, and can explain repair recommendations clearly and honestly. What You'll Do Welcome customers and create a friendly, professional service experience. Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle symptoms and service needs. Schedule appointments and help coordinate the shop's daily workflow. Prepare and manage repair orders, estimates, authorizations, and invoices. Explain inspection results, recommended repairs, pricing, and timelines in a way customers can understand. Obtain customer approval before repairs or additional services are completed. Keep customers informed about vehicle status, delays, parts availability, and completion times. Work closely with technicians, managers, parts vendors, and customers. Review completed work orders for accuracy before vehicle pickup. Process payments and schedule follow-up appointments. Address questions or concerns with professionalism and a solution-focused attitude. Build lasting customer relationships through honest recommendations and dependable communication. Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent. Three years of automotive service advising, customer service, sales, or repair-shop experience preferred. Basic understanding of automotive maintenance and repair services preferred. Strong communication, listening, and customer-service skills. Confidence presenting estimates and discussing pricing. Ability to explain technical information in plain language. Strong organization and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple customers, vehicles, and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable learning shop management software, digital inspections, texting platforms, and payment systems. Reliable, punctual, professional, and team-oriented.
