Work Shift:

3 Weeks On, 1 Week Off. Overtime paid after 40 hours. Paid Biweekly, Possible 10+ Hour Shift, On Call, Weekends Availability.

We are seeking hardworking and reliable individuals to join our team as Oilfield Field Technicians. In this role, you will support various operations in the oilfield, ensuring that all tasks are completed safely and efficiently. In this position a Field Tech will be working in yard with rental equipment to load, unload and prepare for upcoming jobs. Clean /organize and maintain yard materials and equipment to ensure efficiency, including performing general labor tasks asked. Additional responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Equipment handling: handle, load, unload, clean, and inspect a range of Containments, Restraints, Vac trailers, Power washers, Cool down trailers, and other rental equipment. The employee will be required to be able to operate forklift and man lift equipment.
• Perform pre-trip / post-trip vehicle and equipment inspections.
• Drive to multiple oilfield locations to rig up or rig down equipment, assist with ground restraints, deliver and move equipment for customers safely and efficiently.

Excellent Computer Literacy:

familiarity and ability to use tools such as Computers, iPads, ELDs, KPA, SLACK, Email etc.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to perform essential job duties including operating company equipment & Company Vehicles safely.

Stand and walk for a minimum of 4 hours at a time on caliche, gravel, board roads, mud, snow. Perform all essential functions outdoors in extreme weather conditions (heat, snow, ice, rain) safely. Maintain attention span to stay alert and attentive for up to 12-hour shifts while performing repetitive tasks. Bend, stoop, kneel, twist, and crawl throughout the work shift while always wearing all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and following safety protocol. Repeatedly lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs. Ability to climb, balance, and stand on stairs and ladders.

Job Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should have: Authorized to Work in the U.S. Valid CDL Driver License Good driving record within the last 5 years Reliable Source of Transportation Ability to operate a forklift Familiarity with logistics and route planning.

Excellent Computer Literacy:
