As a Quick Lube Technician, you'll play a vital role in providing fast, efficient, and high-quality vehicle maintenance services. You will perform routine oil changes, fluid replacements, tire services, and minor mechanical repairs to ensure our customers' vehicles are safe and reliable. Duties Perform quick lube services including oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid top-offs with precision and efficiency Conduct tire rotations, inspections, and basic tire services to maintain vehicle safety and performance Assist with minor mechanical repairs such as brake inspections, alignments, and vehicle diagnostics Use hand tools and power tools safely to complete maintenance tasks accurately Ensure all vehicle maintenance adheres to manufacturer specifications and safety standards Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and addressing customer questions confidently Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored after use Requirements Previous dealership or automotive mechanic experience is highly preferred Familiarity with standard passenger car operation and automotive diagnostics Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems including fluid replacement, brakes, tires, and basic repairs Experience using hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment effectively Ability to lift heavy objects safely during tire service or mechanical repairs Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship Excellent communication skills for customer interactions and team collaboration Willingness to learn new skills and stay updated on automotive maintenance best practices Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering top-tier vehicle care!
