Job Description
We're seeking to add a RV Technician to the Elite RV Roof and Collision team! Elite RV Roof and Collision is a fast-growing collision and repair shop for recreational vehicles that prides itself on quality, efficiency, and teamwork. Minimum of 1 year technical experience required. Carpentry experience is a plus! Remove and tear down existing RV roofing systems, including rubber (EPDM/TPO), fiberglass, aluminum, and related components. Inspect roof structures for water intrusion, rot, mold, and structural damage. Replace damaged roof decking, framing, insulation, and support materials as needed. Prepare roof surfaces for installation by cleaning, sanding, grinding, and removing old sealants and adhesives. Install new roofing materials according to manufacturer specifications and company standards. Install or reinstall roof accessories including vents, skylights, A/C units, antennas, solar mounts, ladder brackets, and trim. Apply sealants, adhesives, and waterproofing products to ensure leak-free installations. Perform leak testing and quality inspections before releasing completed units. Safely operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, scaffolding, and roof-access equipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following OSHA and company safety procedures. Document completed work, identify additional damage, and communicate findings to supervisors. Work efficiently to meet production schedules while maintaining high-quality workmanship. Follow all manufacturer installation procedures, company policies, and quality control standards. Pay will range from 50k-70k yearly contingent on experience and candidate's qualificationsJob Types:
