Overview Join our dynamic team at Finnegan CDJR as a Lubetech - Lube Technician, where your mechanical skills and passion for vehicle maintenance will drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence. In this energetic role, you'll be the go-to expert for quick and efficient lubrication services, vehicle fluid replacements, and minor mechanical repairs. Your enthusiasm for automotive care will help keep vehicles running smoothly while providing outstanding service to our valued customers. Duties Perform routine vehicle maintenance including oil changes, fluid replacements, tire service, and basic mechanical repairs with precision and efficiency Conduct automotive diagnostics to identify issues and recommend appropriate solutions Use hand tools and power tools safely to complete mechanical tasks such as alignments, minor repairs, and maintenance procedures Assist customers by explaining services performed and offering additional maintenance or repair recommendations Ensure all vehicles are serviced in accordance with safety standards and company procedures Maintain cleanliness of work area and properly dispose of used fluids and parts in compliance with environmental regulations Support the team with heavy lifting and other physical tasks necessary for vehicle servicing Experience Dealership or automotive service center experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with standard passenger cars and automotive diagnostics Proven mechanic experience with a solid understanding of vehicle maintenance, oil changes, tire service, alignments, and minor mechanical repairs Knowledge of automotive fluid replacement procedures and the use of hand tools and power tools in repair tasks Customer service experience that highlights effective communication skills and a friendly approach to client interactions Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during vehicle servicing Familiarity with automotive repair standards, service technician practices, and basic mechanical repair techniques is advantageous Prior experience in sales or promoting additional services is a plus for supporting customer needs This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their automotive career while delivering top-tier service. Pay:
$14.00 - $17.00 per hour
