Fleet Maintenance Technician:

Vehicle Maintenance & Repair Perform preventative maintenance services on fleet vehicles. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability issues. Complete inspections to ensure vehicles meet safety and operational standards. Troubleshoot vehicle performance concerns using diagnostic equipment and proven repair methods. Perform repairs efficiently to minimize vehicle downtime and maximize fleet availability. Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe shop environment. Fleet Reliability & Safety Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and identify potential maintenance concerns. Ensure all repairs comply with company standards and safety regulations. Maintain accurate service records and repair documentation. Collaborate with fellow technicians and leadership to prioritize maintenance needs. Help support a fleet that operates around the clock in a fast-paced transportation environment.

Qualifications:

Preferred Experience Previous experience as an Automotive Technician, Diesel Technician, Fleet Technician, or Maintenance Mechanic. Strong understanding of vehicle diagnostics, repair procedures, and preventative maintenance. Experience working with a variety of vehicle makes and models is a plus. Ability to work independently and remain productive during overnight shifts. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Valid driver's license required.
