Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate, high level and timely vehicle diagnosis, maintenance and repairs.
• Promptly deliver required service or repairs, thereby meeting or exceeding the customer's expectations.
• Evaluate customers' needs to recommend products and services based on the specific needs and interests of the customer, an in accordance with company standards.
• Possess a a valid state driver's license for conducting test drives of vehicles, before and after repairs, to ensure functionality and overall safety.
• Fill out paperwork fully and accurately following company policy and procedure.
• Perform professional and complete safety inspections (Digital Vehicle Inspections).
• Clean company equipment and work areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Treat customers fairly and with honesty, and demonstrate our commitment to superior customer service and ethical business practices.
• Ability to interpret customer needs.
• Assess potential issues thoroughly.
• Use problem solving skills to address customer concerns and/or issues.
• Assist other teammates with their tasks, as needed, in order to consistently deliver outstanding customer service, to every customer, every time. Job Requirements
• High School Diploma/GED equivalent.
• Minimum 3-year hands-on, proven work experience.
• Must provide his own tools.
• Knowledge of basic computer skills, listening skills and communication skills.
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to speak effectively one on one and effectively listen.
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with federal, state, local and company standards.
• Industry certification a plus.
• Must be able to stand and lean over a car for several hours a day.
• Frequently required to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, handle tools and lift in excess of 50 lbs.
• Requires the use of both hands.
• Frequently works near moving mechanical equipment and parts.
• Is potentially exposed to battery acid, gasoline, chemical cleaning material or other materials commonly found in auto service departments; some of which may be considered health hazards.
• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards, consistent with federal, state and local standards. Pay Structure and Benefits Package features:
• Pay is based upon production.
• Auto Technicians can earn up to 40% of service labor generated in a bi-weekly period.
• Auto Technicians have the potential to earn $70K - $100K per year.
