If you have previous experience in restaurant leadership, hospitality, retail, or another customer-focused environment, we would love to hear from you. Previous restaurant leadership experience is preferred, but no required. We are equally interested in individuals who have demonstrated the ability to lead, coach, take ownership, and positively influence others. What You'll Do As part of our Restaurant Leadership Team, you will help oversee daily restaurant operations while creating an environment where team members can learn, grow, and succeed.

Responsibilities may include:

Lead and coach team members during daily operations Help create a positive, welcoming, and high-performing team culture Ensure exceptional hospitality and guest experiences Maintain Chick-fil-A standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety Assist with opening and closing procedures Support labor, food cost, and operational goals Provide training and ongoing coaching to team members Help identify opportunities to improve restaurant operations Communicate expectations clearly and hold yourself and others accountable Serve as a role model for professionalism, service, and leadership Work alongside the team during busy periods and lead by example Help develop future leaders within the restaurant What We're Looking For We are looking for leaders who: Have a genuine desire to serve and develop others Are dependable, responsible, and willing to take ownership Communicate effectively and work well with others Can remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment Are comfortable giving and receiving feedback Have strong organizational and problem-solving skills Are willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed Can positively influence a team and hold others accountable Have a strong work ethic and desire to grow professionally Restaurant or hospitality leadership experience is a plus.
