Job Description

Chuck Nash Auto Group is looking for a dependable, motivated Express / Quick Lube Technician to join our Service team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with vehicles, takes pride in doing quality work, and wants the opportunity to grow within the automotive industry. Responsibilities Perform oil and filter changes efficiently and accurately Perform tire rotations and basic tire services Check and top off vehicle fluids Inspect and replace air filters, cabin filters, wiper blades, and other maintenance items as needed Perform multi-point vehicle inspections Check tire pressure and inspect tires for wear or damage Inspect batteries, belts, hoses, and other basic vehicle components Communicate any additional maintenance or repair needs to the Service Advisor Maintain accurate documentation of services performed Keep the work area, shop, tools, and equipment clean and organized Follow dealership procedures and all safety requirements Assist other technicians and Service Department team members as needed Qualifications Previous automotive or quick lube experience is preferred, but we are willing to consider candidates with a strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair Ability to safely operate shop equipment and hand tools Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting, and working around vehicles What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who understands that an Express Technician plays an important role in both vehicle safety and the customer experience . The right candidate will be efficient without sacrificing quality, willing to learn, and ready to contribute to a team-oriented Service Department. This position can be an excellent starting point for someone interested in developing their automotive skills and advancing into a Mainline Automotive Technician position.
