Description Performs lubrication and periodic maintenance tasks on Texas First Rentals rental equipment in field/job locations. Essential Functions Models, promotes, reinforces, and rewards the consistent use of HOLT's Values Based Leadership (VBL) tools, models, and processes to ensure alignment with our Vision, Values, and Mission Performs lubrication and periodic maintenance service work on heavy equipment located in the field in order to respond to customer needs Grease and lubricate vehicles or specified units, such as springs, universal joints, or steering knuckles, using grease guns or spray lubricants Maintains appearance and operation of lubrication truck to ensure productivity and position representation to Texas First Rentals/HOLT customers Complete all necessary forms and documentation associated with Customer Service Agreements (CSA) in an accurate and timely manner to ensure internal and external needs are met Works safely at all times and adheres to all applicable safety policies; complies with all company policies, procedures, and standards Requires regular and punctual employee attendance Performs other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of construction equipment, aerial, and lifting equipment Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures and practices Knowledge of operating characteristics and limitations of the equipment being operated Knowledge of safe work procedures and practices Knowledge of tools, including their designs, uses, and maintenance Demonstrates proficiency with current computer software, related hardware, and basic knowledge of machine electronic systems Exceptional skills in customer service Operation and control skills of equipment or systems Ability to interact with tact and courtesy and maintain a professional demeanor Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, and customers Ability to read and understand equipment service manuals and lubrication charts Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions Ability to communicate clearly and effectively Ability to perform all the physical requirements of the position

Requirements Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred One or more years of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience

Additional Requirements:

Valid Driver's license required Ability to obtain a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and must have an acceptable driving record

Work Environment:

Requires wearing common protective or safety equipment Regularly works outdoors around moving mechanical parts and noise level may be loud at times May be exposed to weather extremes when working outside in conditions that include inclement weather, heat, cold, and humidity Exposure to small quantities of chemicals, dust, steam, high-pressure water, and high speed rotating equipment Required to perform work in cramped spaces and/or high places
