We have immediate openings and offer a rewarding work environment. While a TX state inspector license is desirable, it is not a requirement for this position.

Job Responsibilities:

Upselling and Mechanical Service Sales:

Enhance ticket averages by effectively upselling customers on additional products and services, including mechanical repairs and maintenance.

Estimating and Quoting:

Provide accurate estimates and quotes for mechanical services to customers, ensuring transparency and clarity in pricing.

Inspection of Vehicle Components:

Thoroughly inspect various vehicle components, such as belts, hoses, wiper blades, power steering reservoir, transmission fluid levels, and tire air pressure, identifying any issues or maintenance requirements.

Tire Rotations:

Perform tire rotations to ensure even wear and extend tire life, promoting safety and optimal performance.

Identifying Additional Repairs:

Identify and communicate any additional repairs or maintenance needs to customers, based on thorough vehicle inspections.

Multi-Point Inspection:

Conduct comprehensive multi-point inspections to assess the overall condition of vehicles and identify potential problems. State Inspections (Desirable): Perform state inspections in accordance with applicable regulations and guidelines, ensuring compliance and safety standards.

Vehicle Operation:

Operate and drive vehicles, including those with manual transmissions, safely and responsibly.

Light Mechanical Tasks:

Conduct light mechanical tasks, such as brake jobs, tune-ups, and other similar duties, to support the efficient operation of the service center. Must be Capable of Operating in the

Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with customers.

Lube Tech:

Effectively perform inspections and repairs under the hood of vehicles, demonstrate technical expertise and attention to detail. Perform oil changes. Certified TX State Inspector (Desirable): Possess or be willing to obtain a valid TX State Inspector license to perform state inspections.

Light Duty Mechanic:

Demonstrate proficiency in conducting light mechanical tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency of the service center.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS

Exposure to

Inclement Weather:

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Automobile Operation:

Comfortable operating vehicles, including manual transmissions, as part of daily job responsibilities.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand, stoop, bend, and exert physical effort, including lifting objects weighing between 10-100 pounds.

Walking/standing:

Job duties require a significant amount of walking and standing.
