About Us Black Optix Tint is a premium automotive restyling and flat glass company specializing in window tint, paint protection film (PPF), vinyl wraps, and residential/commercial tinting. We're not just another tint shop — we focus on high-end execution, strong branding, and a fast-growing operation with opportunities to grow into leadership, sales, or specialized installation roles. Position Overview As a Technician at Black Optix Tint, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality installations across automotive and architectural services. This is a hands-on role with strong growth potential — we will train the right person, but you must bring work ethic, attention to detail, and a desire to improve your income and skillset. Key Responsibilities Installation & Production Install automotive window tint, PPF, and vinyl wraps with precision Perform residential and commercial flat glass tinting Assist with vehicle accessories (lighting, dash cams, etc.) Follow Black Optix installation standards for consistent, high-end results Maintain a clean, organized workspace during and after jobsQuality & ELiciency Inspect vehicles/surfaces before and after installs Maintain high production output without sacrificing quality Identify and communicate issues proactively Team & Customer Experience Communicate with manager and team on job status and materials Deliver a professional experience when interacting with customers Support team members to hit daily/weekly production goals Shop Operations Maintain tools, equipment, and cleanliness of the shop Help create a high-performance, team-oriented culture What We're Looking For No experience required (we will train) — but experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship Comfortable with physical work (standing, bending, lifting) Reliable, punctual, and coachable Team player with a strong work ethic Desire to grow skills and increase earning potential
Compensation Hourly Pay:
$12-$20+/hour (based on experience)
Performance Pay:
