Mobile Fleet Lube Technician Location:
Taylor, TX•supporting Honey Bucket locations and job sites throughout the region
Pay:
$25.00•29.00 per hour
Schedule:
Tues•Sat with some overtime
Shift:
Night Shift•Approximately 4 PM to12 AM; hours may vary based on operational needs Who We Are Honey Bucket, a division of Northwest Cascade, is changing expectations in portable sanitation and site services. We are an employee-owned company with more than 700 employees across seven states, providing portable restrooms, hand-washing stations, fencing, and storage solutions. We take pride in working hard, supporting one another, and keeping our equipment and operations running safely. A Day in the Life You'll begin your shift in Taylor and head out in a company-provided service truck to support our fleet at multiple locations. You'll perform preventive maintenance and light repairs on gas and diesel trucks and trailers, working independently while staying closely connected with our shop and operations teams. This is a hands-on, outdoor position for someone who enjoys working on equipment, traveling between locations, and keeping a busy fleet on the road. What You'll Do Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on gas and diesel trucks and trailers Complete oil and filter changes, fluid checks, lubrication, inspections, and other routine services Identify maintenance concerns and communicate needed repairs to the shop manager and mechanics Perform light mechanical repairs within your experience and training Travel between Honey Bucket locations and outdoor job sites Maintain accurate service and maintenance records Keep the service truck, tools, and work areas clean, safe, and organized Follow company safety procedures and environmental requirements Assist with other shop and fleet needs as assigned
Requirements:
What You Bring Previous automotive, diesel, fleet, or preventive maintenance experience Working knowledge of basic preventive maintenance tools and procedures Ability to work independently and manage a mobile service schedule Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record Basic computer skills and the ability to use a company phone and laptop Clear communication and dependable follow-through Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to perform the physical duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation Availability for swing-shift hours, overtime, and required weekend work Commercial fleet, diesel truck, trailer maintenance, or mobile-service experience is preferred. ASE certifications are helpful but not required.
