Our Speed Bay is built around teamwork, efficiency, and doing the job right the first time. This is a fast-paced position and a great opportunity for someone looking to build their automotive experience and grow into the next level of their career. What you'll be doing: Perform oil and filter changes Rotate and balance tires Perform tire repairs Check and adjust tire pressures Inspect brakes, tires, fluids, filters, belts, hoses, and other maintenance items Complete multi-point vehicle inspections Check and top off fluids as needed Replace wiper blades, filters, bulbs, and other maintenance items Communicate needed maintenance and repairs to the Service Advisor Work alongside other technicians to keep vehicles moving through the Speed Bay efficiently Maintain a clean and organized work area Properly operate lifts, tire equipment, and other shop tools Follow all dealership and shop safety procedures What we're looking for: Strong work ethic Dependable and punctual Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality Willingness to learn and take direction Team-first attitude Comfortable working in a fast-paced shop Basic automotive knowledge preferred Valid driver's license Automotive experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person This is more than an oil-change position.
