•40 per Flag Hour | Monday-Friday 8 AM-5 PM | No Weekends Cornerstone Car Care of Tomball is looking for an experienced Automotive Technician / Auto Mechanic to join our growing independent repair shop in Tomball, TX. If you're a self-motivated technician who wants consistent work, good earning potential, evenings free, and every weekend off , we'd like to talk to you. We service passenger vehicles and light-duty gas and diesel trucks and have a growing car count and established local customer base.

•40 per flag hour , based on experience and skill level Full-time Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM No weekends No late nights

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

As an Automotive Technician / Auto Mechanic, you'll handle a variety of diagnostics, maintenance and automotive repairs, including: Automotive diagnostics and troubleshooting Brakes Steering and suspension A/C and heating systems Electrical diagnosis and repair Engine and drivability repairs Preventative maintenance General automotive repair Light-duty gas and diesel trucks Digital vehicle inspections Documenting findings and recommended repairs

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required:

Professional automotive technician or mechanic experience Must have your own tools Able to diagnose and complete repairs independently Valid driver's license Self-motivated and takes initiative Dependable and punctual Takes pride in doing the job right Keeps their bay and work area clean and organized

Preferred:

Strong diagnostic skills Light-duty diesel experience ASE certifications are a plus, but not required
