Tomball Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking motivated, customer-focused Service Advisors to join our growing team. If you have dealership experience and enjoy building long-term customer relationships while maximizing service opportunities, we want to talk with you. Compensation $60,000 - $155,000+ per year based on experience, performance, and bonuses. This range is set above typical Houston-area market compensation for experienced automotive service advisors. (Indeed) What You'll Do Greet customers and provide an exceptional ownership experience. Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document repair orders. Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines. Communicate repair timelines and keep customers updated throughout the repair process. Coordinate repairs with technicians and the parts department. Prepare estimates and explain repairs in a clear, professional manner. Deliver vehicles upon completion while ensuring complete customer satisfaction. Build long-term customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business. Help the service department achieve outstanding CSI scores. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of dealership Service Advisor experience required. CDJR (Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram) experience preferred. Domestic dealership experience strongly preferred. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong computer and dealership software skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Requirements Clean background check. Clean driving record and valid driver's license. Must have previous dealership experience as an Automotive Service Advisor. Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
