Overview Join our dynamic automotive service team as an Automotive Technician, where your mechanical expertise and passion for vehicle repair will drive customer satisfaction and safety. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles, ensuring they perform at their best. Your technical proficiency and attention to detail will be essential in delivering top-tier automotive service that keeps our customers confident on the road. Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced automotive diagnostics tools to identify issues accurately. Repair and maintain various vehicle systems including powertrain, transmission, suspension, steering, brakes, and electrical components. Conduct vehicle inspections and maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, wheel alignments, and fluid replacements to ensure optimal performance. Interpret automotive wiring diagrams and schematics to troubleshoot electrical problems efficiently. Repair or replace vehicle transmission systems, diesel engines, and other mechanical components using hand tools and power tools. Utilize ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) technology to calibrate sensors and ensure proper system functionality. Collaborate with team members to estimate repairs accurately and communicate effectively with customers about their vehicle's needs and repair timelines. Qualifications Proven dealership or service technician experience with a strong background in automotive repair. Extensive knowledge of automotive electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and schematics. Hands-on experience with vehicle maintenance including powertrain, transmission, suspension system repair, and alignment procedures. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and diagnostic software. Familiarity with GM vehicles or similar makes is a plus; diesel engine repair experience is highly desirable. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent customer service skills to explain repairs clearly and professionally.
