Stacy Lane, Weatherford, TX 76087 Up to $1,200 a week - Contract Up to $1,200 a week - Contract Job Summary Join our small family owned business as an Automotive Technician, where your expertise will drive exceptional vehicle care and customer satisfaction. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently. You'll work with advanced automotive systems, including electrical, powertrain, and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), utilizing your mechanical knowledge and hands-on skills to deliver top-tier service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your career in a fast-paced environment dedicated to automotive excellence. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately and efficiently Conduct repairs and maintenance on various vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and diesel engines Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical problems Service vehicles by replacing parts, and repairing powertrain components to ensure optimal performance Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality workmanship and timely completion of all service jobs Sundays off Experience Extensive service technician background in automotive repair Strong knowledge of automotive electrical systems, transmissions, diesel engines, and powertrain components Familiarity with schematics, automotive diagnostics software, and auto estimating tools Mechanical aptitude complemented by proficiency with hand tools and power tools for repairs Customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients about vehicle issues and repair options Prior experience working mobile and familiarity with fleet accounts is a huge plus.
