Powersports Service Technician - All Skill Levels Welcome!

RideNow Powersports - Weatherford is looking for driven and detail-oriented Service Technicians at all experience levels to join our growing team. Why Join RideNow?

Flexible pay structure:

$18-$40 per flag hour or hourly based on experience & certifications

Relocation assistance for qualified applicants

Paid factory training, mentorship from master techs, and clear paths to level up

Facilities equipped with OEM-required specialty tools

What You'll Do:

Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and watercraft depending on skill level

Work with our experienced team to stay efficient, accurate, and safe

Follow all OEM procedures using specialized tools and resources (provided by the facility)

Keep customers riding safely and confidently by delivering quality work

Stay current with training and certifications (paid for by us)

Requirements:

MMI Graduate or equivalent manufacturer certifications preferred

Verifiable powersports technician experience

Master Certs or A/B level certifications encouraged

Own a set of comprehensive tools

Valid driver's license with motorcycle endorsement and clean driving record

Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Detail oriented

Self-motivated, organized and punctual
